Went to pregnancy yoga with high hopes however really disappointed to report that it was one of the worst yoga classes I have been to. First of all there were about 20 pregnant women in the class but no-one talked to each other so very unfriendly, then the yoga instructor came in and seemed to be more concerned about her hairstyle than teaching yoga, no chat from her at all just launched into some yoga tripe, didn't even make sense at times. Was not entertaining, no light hearted aspects to the class, she didn't provide much feedback at all if we were doing it right. As a beginner I was definitely not doing some of the movements right but had no feedback from her. Terrible teacher, terrible class - would absolutely not go back. Tribe, you are a corporate beast who just wants bums on matts without providing a quality class...
