You cant deny one of the most beautiful places in the UK. First time visit and parts of the gardens were very breathtaking. I found signage quite difficult to follow however the facilities available were more than adequate. Rather pricey cafe however would not expect anything else. Paying for parking more than acceptable however, I feel given the price for admission, entry to the pagoda, kew palace and the children's play area seems disproportionate. You cant argue the standards are high and and the gardens immaculate although seems a bit money grabbing. A true gem in the London borough.
