I was unfortunate enough to have someone drive into me a month or so ago. 4th Dimension collected my bike the following day and dropped off a brand new (6 miles on the clock!) Cb1000r. Throughout the process they kept me well informed by text and phonecalls, from their assessment of my bike, through the repair process and also if there had been any delays and why. Picked the bike up today and the work that has been undertaken is superb. My bike was handed back to me looking as good as the day I collected it from the dealership. I was chatting to a few of the guys when I was there, and everyone is very friendly and you get the impression everyone treats people's bikes like they were their own. Couldn't ask for more from a repair shop, in my opinion. Well done lads, thanks again.
