- Very good located in Miami Beach
- Next to the Beach and the Lincoln Road
- We received an upgrade for the Penthouse:):) Room therefore really nice

Contra:
- We paid to store our luggage (for only 1 hour)
- High prices (35$ per Night) for the valet parking
- the staff is not very friendly (they are speaking Spanish most of the time)
- filthy smell in the room and floor
