On top of that, it's a real obstacle course to get reimbursed and an insurance that instead of reminding you of your reminders to be well covered, tries to soften you via their multiple newsletters about dogs for the blind, the birthday and Christmas of your animal, etc, etc, etc ...
Fortunately, there are other insurances which give better guarantees and this at a lower cost so be sure to inform yourself well because here, it is unfortunately the "no gift" policy and the fact that you are in distress with your animal or a good customer for many years is not something very worthwhile in their eyes ...
