My experience at St. Charles Automotive was outstanding! As a first time Nissan buyer I had a lot of different questions. My sales consultant, Joe Henry, was always patient, courteous, and extremely well informed. He was never pushy and genuinely loved the product he was selling me. Additionally, he went the extra mile to assure that I was taken care of by the service department and the finance personnel. I really appreciated all the time he took with me.
