We went with Avenir Mortgage Planners to refinance our loan. Their awesome team--Greg, Brent, Lisa and Jeremy helped us through what I thought would be a long stressful refinancing process. The communication was seamless from the beginning up until after we closed within 3 weeks! All our documents were submitted electronically through their secured portal, and we were able to sign all paper works thru DocuSign, which also made the process quick and safe. We will definitely go with Avenir again when we decide to purchase our next home.
