The site itself is.....okayish. Its a good place to look for contracts on which to bid. The UI isn't the best and there's zero consistency to the format of the submissions, but that's fine. There's no matching algorithm based on previous bids or projects etc to let you know things that might come up that are actually relevant, which is a shame.
My major issue is that they auto renewed my subscription when I didn't want them to, and are now saying I owe them a bunch of money. While I disagree with any company auto-renewing without notice, they make it almost impossible to cancel, and obviously understaff this part of their call centers so that you end up waiting on hold with them FOREVER to try and rectify the situation. I'd gladly pay to make them go away, but I'm literally unable to get someone to call me during a normal business hour and can't get through to someone on their number.
Save yourself the hassle. Its 2020. Go make connections on linkedin, network, get your brand out there and the business will come to you. Eliminate the middle man.
