Purchased a Seeno home. Poor quality, cheapest materials, no accountability. In three years we've had to rewire our fusebox (breakers inadequate to handle load) repair our air conditioning (all the freon leaked out) and a myriad of small but significant problems like blown electrical outlets, plumbing issues, cracked stucco, etc. It never ends.
