Gold and Diamond Source has the best customer service I have ever ran across in any retail store. First off, I had no idea what I wanted to buy, did I want a bracelet or necklace, earrings or maybe a watch. I had no idea, the sales girl was so patient she took more time than anyone ever has with me, she spent well over an hour showing me all my different options. I finally decided on a lovely necklace but when i saw the price I had to think about it overnight. I know the girl was probably disappointed that I didnt buy right then and there, especially with all the time she spent with me, but she was wonderful and I left feeling absolutely no pressure to whether I bought the necklace or not. The next day I went back to the store, the same sales girl was there and even remembered me by my name. I purchased the necklace and gave it to my sister and she loves it. It was the perfect present and brought a huge smile to my sisters face, that alone will take me back to that store for another shopping trip.
