It was just OK because of the location. The rooms have way too much dust, comforters have a funky smell, personnel obviously don't ensure the rooms is OK to rent. Jacuzzy has a weird greasy film, obviously from previous use and not properly cleaning. The remote control for the TV is so sticky, ewww they never clean them up I guess. The shower doesn't seal properly so you step out to a flooded floor. You need to get something from your vehicle and basically you lock yourself out of the complex because you can use your room key to activate the access back to the complex, so you have to start guessing what to do to access, (something front desk should explain to guests when they check in). I travel a lot all over and not impressed at all with this place. For the wife and my daughter we needed a hair dryer but this 4 star hotel can't afford to have one in the room. Maybe I shouldn't continue with my review. Please don't take me wrong, normally I don't complaint but this time it was way too much to pass it. From 1 to 10 I will day 2.
