Hardly a 5 star resort.

Hardly a 5 star resort.

Room got made up however didn t replace the soaps, shampoo or conditioners. Rang twice 30 minutes later still nothing. We had dinner reservations that we had to make. Ended up walking to reception to get them. Made it out like they were doing us a favor.

Don t think about going to the gym, it s across the road and you need to go to reception and have to be within certain hours. Outside of these hours nothing.

Pool, room and general maintenance are showing there age.

We tried to leave so we could stay somewhere else however they said that I had to contact my booking agent to change my reservation. I contacted them and they told me it was up to Sheraton.

Parking $20 a night extra.
Water extra.
Tried to sell room upgrade upon arrival.

Stay somewhere else you will be much happier.
