As a new tenant, At Home Apartments has provided nothing but stellar service thus far. From helping me find an apartment that suited my locale and budget, to the leasing process. To helping fix a cracked blind and smoke detector in under 2 hours, they go out of their way to make sure their tenants are treated like family. Personalized touches such as a little welcome kit on the kitchen counter when I picked up my keys and prompt response to questions left me impressed. In a time where many property companies simply wish to collect rent from their tenants without providing anything, At Home Apartments show what a difference, attention to detail and personalized hospitable attention to their tenants can make.
