Every time I've been to the theater they warned me...

Every time I've been to the theater they warned me while buying my ticket that something was wrong with that particular theater. From no heat in the winter, bad sound, or something wrong with the quality of the picture. Instead of fixing their issues they offered excuses and refunds if I left before the movie was halfway over. Because of this I quit going to this theater. I wrote this same review on their Facebook page which is an honest review from past experiences. Whoever runs that page is unprofessional and petty, they argued with me and then deleted my comments and blocked me from posting there again. EXACTLY the type of company I DO NOT want to give my money to. Can't take criticism and an opinion without getting upset and resentful about it. Only thing they did was give me yet another reason to AVOID this theater.
