Okay I picked this hotel because it had the Alice in Wonderland theme. Yet to my surprise it was not worth the money. They wanted $50 a day to valet. There workers even have to pay for parking. Now I understand that Philly feels they can charge ridiculous amounts to park. Yet this hotel offered nothing extra for the prices they were charging that others hotels weren't offering. The rooms are small and the female staff (Tiffany at the front desk and the hostess at the restaurant) were not customer service friendly and rude. I don't understand why women have to be ugly to other women yet will bend over backwards for a man (some that is). The rooftop bar has a great vibe and atmosphere yet no rooftop views. I was highly disappointed. The ladies up there were very polite and had great customer service skills. The food and drinks were really good as well. I would not stay at this hotel again yet would go back to the rooftop bar again if someone else wanted to go. I will not be recommending this hotel to anyone.
