I wish I could write a comment and leave no stars? Banking with them for several years and it has gotten to be ridiculous to try and resolve any problems. First you are placed on hold for at least 10 minutes, usually much longer, before you actually get a person to talk to and then you get someone who can't seem to get you the correct information. It has been over a month that they have owed me a refund. The first few calls resulted in them telling me it was an issue with the car dealer but after I was able to get Baron to send me a copy of the payoff check they changed their story. Now I finally find out that they posted the over-payment into the mandatory savings account I setup 3 years ago that I have never seen a statement on. Why was that so difficult to figure out. Closing all of my accounts with these folks and going somewhere that actually believes in customer service.
