I am a repeat customer to Audi Plano and have had great experiences every time I visit. From the sales department to the service department and the finance department, everyone is always professional and accommodating. I just bought my 2nd Audi Q5 and am thrilled at the updates that have been made to the vehicle in the last 4 years! Although we were at the dealership on a very busy day (Memorial Day), I never felt rushed and the salespeople I worked with were very patient with me while I made my decision. Thank you to both Joe P. and Kenneth F. for their help. They both provided great information to help me make an informed decision. I will recommend Audi Plano to all my friends!
