Just put in a call for service on my long term war...

Just put in a call for service on my long term warranty on a Lenox system that progressive installed 6 years ago. Still under warranty for 10 years on labor and parts that I paid for. They will not come out until Monday a normal working day. When I bought the warranty I was told total coverage 24/7. Guess when new staff comes on board the rules change. Will post a longer version once my 10 years are up.
