If I could give a 0 I would. No one at this company knows what they are doing. I told them I did NOT need a router installed THREE times and the guy who came installed it anyway. I told him I did not want or need it and he would not leave with it. Now I m being charged for something I specifically said I did not want. Terrible customer service, plus the internet randomly goes out for about five minutes almost every night. What the hell??
