I was getting very frustrated with Neat.... I was a legacy customer, not using their cloud, and the software was becoming quirky. Then they forced me to go to the cloud - but they did offer a discounted price. Well I frustrated myself trying to import my existing library into the cloud, when they emailed me offering a support agent to handle the import. The agent called me as scheduled, and took control of my computer, and for almost 4 hours, they imported my data into the cloud platform perfectly. I was very surprised at the level of support. Thanks so much for the help.
