Fun, eclectic brewery. We went on an abnormally busy Monday, which gave it more of a club atmosphere than usual. Some groups wouldn't stop talking while walking along on the tour, but our guide (one of the owners) kept it light by reminding everybody of the two things yeast make - CO2 and Alcohol! Works best when yelled, with a fist pump in the air timed to "Alcohol!" Worth a Monday night trip.
