By far the most unprofessional dealership around. ...

By far the most unprofessional dealership around. I bought a used car 2 months ago, it was in a prior accident on the front right of the car. Carfax didn't show the previous owner had the car fixed, but the Sales man told me their mechanic looked and said the car is in "good" condition, and from the outside it was. He assured me the car is under a dealership warranty for 2 months. After two days of sitting there from 12pm - close back to back, I bought the car as I felt safe with what the salesman had told me in regards to the car, and I had desperately needed one ASAP. Turns out that when I received the registration paperwork in the mail, the car was NOT in good condition and is marked in "fair" condition. After a horribly disappointing and drawn out sale and receiving the news I was lied to about the condition of the car sitting in my driveway, barely 2 months later the engine light came on and there was a burning smell coming from the engine. I called Conicelli asking them what to do and since my car had the warranty how to get it to them and if they have rentals/courtesy cars while they look at the problem.. The receptionist at 8AM told me to "call back later when more sales people are here". I called and left a message to the sales man who sold me the car. Meanwhile with two babies I'm the car, I called my local dealer Thompson Toyota in Doylestown and my car was checked in, on the lift, I had a FREE rental all within a 20 minutes! I was already back at work for 30 minutes by the time Conicelli called back and left a voicemail saying to "give them an hour or so to look into this" and they'll get back to me with information to get me scheduled and they do not have rentals unless its a warranty issue, to "get a ride", and I'd have to pay to have my car towed there.

Oh and my car? The results: the engine is sucking up all of the oil and my strut was completely blown. Apparently Conicelli won't fix the strut because it's "not part of the warranty", you know, the warranty the salesman reassured me that the car was "completely covered" for those 2 months. When I had told the salesman what was wrong with the car and about the warranty he told me he "DIDN'T actually know the parts of the car and doesn't know exactly what is covered but he wanted to make it right and would look into it", so when he sold me the warranty he KNOWINGLY misled me to believe the car was completely covered when IT'S NOT!!!! a day later and I still have NO answer, and in the most sarcastic voice from the service manager "well, you did ONLY buy a used car, not a certified".

If I could, I would give this rating ZERO stars. By far a nightmare buying the car, being lied to about the condition and about the warranty, and now a nightmare of repairs to pay for only two months after buying an overpriced car. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE!! They pulled me in with "well you have bad credit, we can help you", well ANY dealership can!!! Thompson in Doylestown by far more professional and cares more about their customers!!!
