I took my 2008 Chevy Silverado truck in and it was determined to need the brake booster and master cylinder replaced. The cost was over $900.00 dollars. I had to take it back because the brakes weren't right. It was determined to need another brake booster. Again I had to take it back because the brakes weren't right again! It was determined to need another master cylinder again! The brakes are still not right! The employees at the pep boys in Callaway ,Florida were so patronizing and never said they were sorry for my being inconvenienced! I find this type of service unacceptable and unsafe! I will take it back one last time to see if they can get it right! I know now why pep boys has a 1.8 review score! I've purchased my tires and other automotive needs from pep boys, but because of the resent service I received I will be taking my vehicles somewhere else to have my vehicle's serviced!
