I must admit time-wise very efficient & informative, always keep you in the loop & almost always get through to somebody after a few rings, one downside was being sent an email & text saying the funds had been received by the Car Dealer so I duly went to collect the car next day from the Dealership after ringing them . On my way to the dealer I get a call from Zuto saying that the dealer had just received the funds & collection wouldnt be until the next day, id already confirmed with the Dealer so that was a bit confusing & the person I spoke to on the phone kept saying "the funds will reach the dealers account within 24 hours" quite rude & abruptly like broken record. That's the only black mark regarding their service but otherwise a good company
