We reported that the ice maker on our refrigerator was not working. When the repair man came he was several hours past the arranged service time but he did call and say he would be late. After checking our refrigerator it was determined that it was in fact a broken ice maker. The service technician did not have a replacement part with him and we had to wait another week for the repair to be completed. The second technician was on time and replaced the unit within 20-30 minutes. Very pleasant man.
