I have used Creve Coeur Camera for film developing and always trusted that they would do a good job handling my film. It is very expensive, especially when you are talking about a roll of medium format film with 12 shots. I gladly paid the price because I thought they would take good care of my precious film. Last December I took four rolls there. For developing, prints, a cd, and a contact sheet it was a total of $75. Imagine my surprise when one of my negatives had a grey foiled numbered sticker stuck to it. I was not very happy, but I didn't complain because honestly I didn't think the photo was the best, even though it was taken while on holiday in Paris. So this past month I took in some more film, four rolls of medium format that I shot at I WWII event in Rockford, IL. This time I only got the film developed. So when I went to scan the film myself I had found that they stuck another foil numbered sticker on a negative. Not only that, but there were also two pinholes next to the sticker. What made it even worse was that it was by far the best shot I got from the whole event. Never again.
