The absolute worst. Please avoid George Banco, I took out a loan with them as at the time, due to my circumstance the were the only company offering one.

I wish I had never started with them. Every month without fail they pest both myself and my Guarantor. Multiple calls and texts for days after payment has been made. I refuse to store my card with them as in the past they have taken a double payment and this was such a hassle to get back.

I have changed jobs a few times (to better paid jobs) during my loan, each time when I contact them to make an arrangement for alternative payment dates, this seems to be fine, until the date that the original payment would have come out, then all the calls, texts and emails start again.

Their "Customer Service" is shocking, absolutely skill-less, very rude and inconsiderate of peoples personal situations. I get that they are running a business, but when other loan company are a lot more flexible I find it strange that George Banco are so ridged.

I would rate a 0 Stars like others, but I am not able to.
