Nice promises, but in practice it is a drama. If something is not right there is no way out without support, and then it appears that a support department hardly exists. As a customer it appears to be impossible to get in touch by phone, which would make you continue quickly. You can only send an e-mail and then wait 8 hours for processing time .... They can then call and then you just have to be reachable and otherwise you will hear nothing further or you can respond to an e-mail again (and therefore again 8 hour processing time).
