DRIVER WAS EXACTLY ON TIME...POLITE AND DROVE SAFELY.
I WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE TRIP FROM JFK TO THE CITY.
I would write this review even if Carmel was not offering a monetary incentive . I have been using Carmel for over 20 years and they have gotten alot better over that time. Have not had any problems with their service for the last 10 years.
