I have spent ALL DAY trying to pay a simple citation today. I spoke with several employees who all told me something different that deterred me from paying my ticket. They all kept having me do unnecessary tasks that I later found were not needed. I tried one more time and by the grace of God I reached Yolanda. She was able to process my payment in the matter of 10 minutes and even though I was a little aggravated because I ve spent all day speaking with this place, she did not loose her patience with me, and helped me. Very polite and very understanding. Someone needs to give this lady a raise. She is the only employee I ve spoken to today out of 4 other employees who knows what customer service really is. I am happy I reached her and hope someone sees this that can somehow reward her for her good work. Thank you Yolanda!!!!!
