Larry came to do a semi-annual service on my HVAC system and ended up doing an excellent job, "above and beyond" what I expected. He discovered that my 18 month old system had not been wired correctly so that the second stage heating would automatically kick in as designed. After discovering this, he conscientiously and meticulously reviewed the installation wiring diagrams and literature to determine and then effect the solution, which involved installing another wire to the control board. Larry represents the best in heating and air conditioning service. Since this was part of my contract, there was no additional charge.
