I went to this store for the first time in a long time (I usually go to the Bossier Store because it's closer to my home) to get a replacement cell phone holster and was able to find the exact one I was looking for (with help from a Blue shirt) and was in and out within 15 minutes from car to store to car. She was able to help me without having to go to anyone else or a computer terminal. I got it, she checked me out and I was on my way.
