Visited here, again, because since first visit 30yrs ago I learnt my great grandad was involved in its design/construction.
For the public the entrance is called Obsevatory. All other entrances are for buliding users/occupiers. It cost $43 (2019) to take the tour: Pricy for what you get.
Views of the city are good. The rails allow unimpeded camera access for clear photos.
You can use the stairs to go from 79 to 86 floor, but you have to ask. Going down is worth it.
