The model I purchased has 2 hours (rubber rings), which hold the hand shower in place, having broken (in both taps) I searched for the spare without success, contacting the company I was told that every or (I repeat 1cm diameter rubber ring) costs 20.75 euros and you need 4 ...... meditate people ... meditate .... a, I forgot, don't write to the company ... so don't they answer you !!!! (I attach the initial part of the complaint email).
