Apartment is nice enough, but there are several ongoing issues that peak absolutely refuses to address. The only way we got them out to the apartment was when we had termites (and we had to threaten legal action/not paying rent to get them to do anything about it). Brought in a termite guy, but never bothered to fix the termite damage. The wood of the floor is literally eaten away and concave.

There are piles and piles and piles of trash in the gangway that we were told would be addressed when we moved in. It has been 15 months and nobody has been by to remove an old bedframe, shopping carts, boxes, etc. There was even a swastika painted on our door and that took months for somebody to come paint over (literally just spray painted over- looks terrible).

Construction is happening on the business unit next to us and because of this, they have drilled THROUGH our kitchen wall, dug huge holes in the gangway sidewalk (liability issue), and completely dug up the backyard garden.

When you contact them they either straight up ignore you or claim "yeah, sure. we will schedule something."

Even through all these issues, our rent managed to go UP by $50/month.
