We had a bad luck of dealing with a very ignorant doctor who did not even listen to us and tried to get as much money from us as possible.

We were referred from our clinic to this Orchard Park animal hospital to perform some emergency procedure for our cat. We were promised that they can do it for us and we needed to bring her right away. We did. The doctor told us that actually they can do the procedure tomorrow and we need to leave our cat overnight with the hospital monitoring. Which is...$1800-$2000. The doctor was very rude, interrupted me everytime when I tried to ask a question and did not give any other options. They were other things, that I found insulting.
Overall experience was bad, waste of time and money. I'm sure there might be other doctors who actually care.. But the one we had was terrible. He needs to work in a morgue, not in a hospital with alive animals and people.
