Had a very bad experience with Harvard Eye s Optom...

Had a very bad experience with Harvard Eye s Optometrists! Especially, Dr. Levi. He was arrogant when I went back to him to adjust my lenses, blamed Costco - as that is where I got my lenses. He made a minor adjustment and sent me out the door.

I had the prescription filled, but it was still not the right prescription for me. Bless Costco s Optical Department, as they did not charge me again!! I told Costco I would like to see their Optometrist, and we figured out that the Astigmatism prescription from Harvard Eye, was too strong for me! And she made a minor adjustment here and there and they are now PERFECT!!

From now on, I will go to Costco for my vision exam and my lenses! They are THE best!!

Very disappointed in Harvard Eye! I like Dr. Brian Kim and his staff and will continue to see him as needed. But never again will I have their Optometrists check my vision.
