I liked how the salesman was helpful and the finance agent was very nice and made this a pleasant experience. Only disappointment was the 150 point inspection for the certified Toyota option. They missed that the mirror turn signal was not working and the latch for the rear pick-up bed window fell off. I paid 750.00 extra to have the vehicle certified.
