Modern institution, we had a class with Mike Cook about Scout 4.x system (SCT-220), they had all the materials ready and functional for the class, we were lucky that the CEO himself took us around the departments & introduced us to their history & specialty, I enjoyed having the break room very close from the class & provided with some refreshing materials, we were 9 guys all from different states (1 dude from Canada), the trainer was really thoughtful & mentioned to us what a good local spots to try & what to avoid just in case, I really liked the patience of our trainer.
This class would be really useful for someone with dispatching experience, myself I didn't had any but after this class I'm able to understand how useful this system can be, for the right customer this system can make a huge difference.
In general everybody was really nice & courteous in this institution , they always have a good hints about traffic & local restaurants.
