Juan Ozuna had helped us with a previously owned 2007 4-runner purchase 2 years ago. We were happy that he was there to guide us to our new 2017 Camry. We traded a 2013 Civic for it and he helped us to get the best trade-in for it. He was low-key, listening to our questions and answering them, point-for-point. He was extremely courteous and friendly, recognizing us from the previous purchase, by name. He encouraged us to call him with any follow-up questions that came up after the sale.
We will definitely go back to him if we make another purchase. It will be a Toyota, and it will be from Juan Ozuna.
