The trouble began at check in. I was told that someone had already checked in under my name. Then I was told but the room I booked, with a king bed, was not available. They gave me a room with 2 double beds. It was already past 2 am and I needed to be at a meeting at 8:30. I told them that room was unacceptable. So I was given a room reserved for someone else. When I entered the room the first thing that hit me was an odor. Most probably what they use in cleaning. But it wasn't pleasant. In the light of day the room looked rather shabby. Very tight and cramped. There is almost no place to put clothing. There are no hangers. The bathroom has no counter.
