Just want to give you guys a warning of what we ve been through with the preferred landscaping company (intermountain planters). We ve had an awful experience and I really don t want any of you to waste your time and money on them. Brad and Caden seem like nice guys up front but after 5 months, they have ignored us for weeks and weeks, where not even toll brothers could get in contact with them. They had never even been to our lot until when we met with them and when they showed up to meet there, they didn t even bring a tape measure to adjust the plans. My husband had to come up with the whole design, no input from them with ideas. We started our process 5 months ago and they still haven t been able to give us a quote. We had to bail on them today cause now it has affected our closing date. Brad become explosive with my husband over the phone and very personal that we couldn t believe the type of customer service they had after being so patient with them. And I promise we are nice people! I would HIGHLY suggest choosing someone else!
