Ive heard him yelling at other children calling them stupid & throwing their retainers. From what the staff has told me he is very rude to them. He has been through many employees lately & from what they told me they have had ZERO experience is Ortho or general dentistry. The two ladies I spoke with were previous waitresses. I will no have my child go back there when the assistants had no experience. Screams desperately in need of employees!
Just like the manager, she had our account all messed up & she didn't know how much money we owed. One day it was 1,200 and then a month later it was 2,500!! No previous experience either!!
