Nice concept, poor customer service from desk staff to managers. I witnessed rude behavior towards unattended teens and I experienced it myself. I had an issue and wanted to leave, management told me I couldn t get a refund because it was my problem. Wow.!! They need to attend a Disney customer service training. Will never go back.
