The worst insurance agency in florida, lousy attention, immense bureaucracy, my car had been in a yard for a week and they did not pick it up, then weeks with them and they do not fix it, they do not call you to inform you about the progress of your car, it is a pity that in the US there are companies how is it and they don't do a systematic check-up so that they confirm the negligence and close it X lack of professionalism of said agency, as far as I understood one has duties and rights that are not fulfilled with said agency, the Duty with your payments there if they are efficient but when it comes to customer rights they are the worst in the country, thank you and if someone reads this sms I recommend that you are not a client of this lousy and mediocre agency, thank you.
