Most incompetent company I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Acting on behalf of the buyer of my property, they have prolonged proceedings by almost 5 months now - on a cash purchase - raising over 50 irrelevant queries. The buyer has transferred his funds, and returned his signed contract, but the conveyance lawyer on his case has chosen to sit on it for the 3 days leading up to Christmas, ignoring all forms of contact, rather than tying things up, as both myself and the buyer both wanted. Things have now been delayed until the New Year, meaning more interest payments on my mortgage and the buyer being out of a home. I am absolutely disgusted that you can call yourselves professionals yet act in this manner. Never in my life will I recommend you.
