An unfortunate service, as if it were a second decision company, in fact I think it is.
A 24 hour SEUR was hired on 5.04, they had to pick it up on the 14th and deliver it on the 15th (it was a birthday present). In the end it was delivered on the 17th. By phone they don't pay any attention. Rude telemarketers. Horrible and embarrassing service for a shipment with origin and destination in the Community of Madrid. Nor do I know anything about the claim I have made. Anyway, I do not know I recommend it to anyone.
