Absolutely worst experience I ve ever had. I ll never go back if I can avoid it. My vet didn t have an ER doctor on call that night so I had no other choice. We waited 2 hours before my dog was even seen by a vet. Another 2 hours for lab work. After 5 hours they had no idea what was wrong and sent me home with pain meds and told me to come back in the morning. Nothing was explained to me. Everything was I don t know. It s hard to say . When I went to pick her up I had to wait in ANOTHER 45 minutes before they brought her out. The only thing they WERE quick to do is take my money. $550 later they don t know anything. The vet was very short and unwilling to explain anything. While on the phone with me she told me to hold on while she reprimanded a tech. Extremely dissatisfied. The only reason it didn t rate a 1 is because they at least gave her medications. I ve never felt so worried my dog was in horrible care until this visit.
