I had a van reverse into me at traffic lights early in the morning, my insurance company recommended 4th Dimension. It has been the second time I have had to use this company due to my original bike being stolen and written off, on both occasions I can not give them enough praise.
On this experience they were quick to collect my bike and deliver the same model as a hire vehicle within 24hrs, they were great at keeping me informed of the progress with the 3rd parties insurance and the repairs to my bike. Due to my work schedule they even fitted return of my bike into my time frame, when returned it looked as good as before if not better and I cannot thank them enough.
They made an unpleasant time bearable.
