Despite having told Hire Intelligence I was new to VR equipment And asking as I collected where best to look for help setting up I was told to search online. Not surprisingly I was using leisure equipment outside Of office hours, so couldn t get hold of anyone. So by now there s no back up from them and I m left to search the internet, the first thing you find is there s a cable online tutorials suggest that is not included in the rental. So basically paid a weekend rental for two headsets that I couldnt get to access an online service from Sansar . When I flagged this after the weekend when event was over office told me to look at their website. This wasn t what I was told on collection and there was ZERO sympathy for a reduction in charge. Won t be coming back again.
